100% Employee Paid Health Insurance

Medical coverage is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. We offer 3 PPO plans for you to choose from.

  • HSA compatible health plans in which Quest will contribute bi-weekly HSA contributions to your individual account  
  • Ability to use HSA contributions to cover dependent coverage or voluntary insurances
Voluntary insurance

We offer voluntary insurance, which includes dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance.
$10k life insurance policy provided for all full-time employees 

401k

We offer a prestigious and unique 401k plan after one year of service

Paid Time Off (PTO), Vacation Days, and Paid Holidays

Enjoy the perks of work-life balance with our generous Paid Time Off (PTO), Vacation Days, and Paid Holidays. Employees receive 10 vacation days after one year of service and 15 vacation days after five years of service. Additionally we offer Paid Time Off that accrues monthly totaling 66 hours per year.  QTC also observes the same holiday schedule as most major banks. The holiday schedule may vary but typically includes 7 paid holidays.

Paid Parental Leave Program

Experience the support and flexibility you deserve with our paid Parental Leave Program. We understand the importance of family. Eligible team members are given 100% paid leave for 12 weeks following the birth of a child and/or adoption and fostering.

Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to be a dialogue about your skills and how they fit into our organization.  The interview process consists of several rounds, typically with the first being an initial phone call.  Successful candidates will progress to an in-person interview or zoom meeting.  

Below is what to expect during the interview process: 

  • Step 1: A 10–15-minute phone interview with a member of the Human Resources Team.  
  • Step 2: We will ask you to join us in our Houston corporate office for an in-person interview. You will interview with another member of the Human Resources Team for 30 minutes.  
  • Step 3:  Once Human Resources is finished interviewing, you will interview with the hiring manager for 30 minutes in the office.  
  • Step 4: Once the hiring manager is finished, the Vice President of the department will interview for 30 minutes in the office.  
  • Step 5: Once the Vice President is finished, the final interview is with the President of Quest Trust Company, which also is an in-person interview at the office.
