Quest Trust Is Making The Switch!
Information about our transition from Bancorp South Bank to Frost Bank
We’re always finding new ways to go above and beyond for our customers. As we discover new platforms and systems to help propel us forward, we are making internal decisions to ensure we continue to offer the best customer service as we grow.
The latest change we’ve implemented is our transition from Bancorp South Bank to Frost Bank. With new benefits from this switch, Quest will be able to provide better customer service for our clients – and also non-clients. The outstanding client communication and fast funding times you already experience will only get better!
We expect this transition to be smooth and easy, requiring almost no changes on the client end! There are no new systems to learn nor any account changes to make. The only update to be aware of is the new Incoming Funds Instructions. The old instructions for Bancorp South will no longer be applicable or able to be used for accepting funds.
You don’t have to worry, as this transition won’t be sudden or have a hard cut-off date. The bank will be integrated into our functions gradually over the course of 6 months, in order to give you and our team a comfortable amount of time to acclimate to the new bank. If you have more questions about this transition or how to apply the new Incoming Funds Instructions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our staff. We will get your questions answered!
Check out our FAQs Below:
Where can I find new incoming funds instructions? The updated Incoming Funds Instructions can be located in your Client Portal under the Forms tab or on our website.
We suggest you start using the updated Incoming Funds Instructions immediately! However, to allow our clients and non-clients ample time to migrate to the new Incoming Funds Instructions, we will still accept funds into our Bancorp South Bank account for a limited time. By May 2022, we expect to be fully transitioned to Frost Bank and will no longer accept funds into our Bancorp South Bank account.
